You may receive questions about orders, products, fulfillment or something else about your artworks in the Art Deli marketplace via social media or other ways your customers stay connected with you. When that happens, feel free to direct them to our Support team in any of the above ways or tag us in the conversation.
Return Policy
We want to be sure you’re satisfied with your order, which was custom made especially for you. If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or it isn’t what you expected for any reason, the Art Deli Customer Support team will gladly replace or exchange any items from your order within 30 days free of charge. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or give us a shout at (customer support email address). Be sure to include pictures of your product, along with your feedback.
Acceptable Payment Methods
Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) can be accepted.
Our website features an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear “Artdelihub.com”.
We also have the option to select M-Pesa as your payment method from Step 3: Billing Details at checkout.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is based on weight, shipping method selected, and your shipping address.
Ship prices are adjusted at checkout based on the items in your order, number of shipments, location, and shipping method. We offer Postal | Fast (Ground) | Faster (Two Day) | Fastest (Next Day) shipping for Kenya based customers and Standard shipping for customers outside of Kenya (Additional Express ship methods may be available depending on the country).
Free and Flat Rate shipping
For qualifying orders over Ksh 10,000, free shipping is available for Kenyan based customers and a flat rate shipping is offered for different regions in Nairobi.
Checkout and Processing
To find out how much shipping is for your order, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address during the first step of the checkout process, then proceed to the second step to see the shipping options and prices. You’ll see the shipping cost under each shipping option in the Shipping Method section and the Total Cost (Items + Shipping + Tax) on the right side of the screen under Cart Summary. Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. Add or remove items and follow the same steps to determine the new shipping price.
Because items are prepared and shipped from different locations by the different artists, your items may be separated into multiple shipments. However, the shipping price will be shown as a single shipping cost for your entire order. Due to the different processing times and shipping locations, we are unable to combine shipments.
Shipping Time
Since items sold in the Art Deli marketplace are custom printed or hand painted, processing time applies to any order. Processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days or more depending on demand and print capacity, or complexity of the artwork for paintings. Processing time may vary and is noted at the checkout at the time of purchase. Once an order is ready to ship, ship time varies by the shipping method and where the customer is located.
For Shipping within Nairobi, same day delivery or next day delivery may apply. For customers outside Nairobi, shipping may take 2-3 business days to arrive. Customers can contact us at (insert email address) for any shipping questions they might have.
Shopping Cart
To add something to your cart, go to the desired item on the product page. Select the size/quantity you want, and click ‘Add to Cart’. A drop-down will appear confirming the item in your cart.

You can either click ‘View cart’ to place your order or ‘Continue Shopping’ to add the item to your cart and keep shopping for more.
If you want to go back to your cart, you can click the icon to open it again.
From there you can change the quantity or remove an item. To add you can use the ‘Quantity’ field to enter a number or click the arrow up or down and then ‘Update’. You can also remove the item by clicking that button. Also, your order total adjusts as you make changes!

Currency
All prices in the Art Deli marketplace are shown in Kenyan SHilling (Ksh) and there will be a reminder for customers at checkout.
How does currency conversion work for non-Kenyan orders?
When your order is placed, the order total is also in Ksh. When it’s charged to your card, your card company will convert the total to your country’s currency at the currency rate when it’s processed. If you need to be refunded, the refund will be processed at the current currency rate. This may differ from the rate when your card was charged. You may be charged additional fees for conversion. Contact your card company for more details.
Site Security
Personal information given to the Art Deli shop is fully protected. Any Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to any third parties, and the Art Deli Shop servers will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, the Art Deli shop does not store your credit card number at any time.
