Since items sold in the Art Deli marketplace are custom printed or hand painted, processing time applies to any order. All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. <\/p>
However, processing time can take up to 7 business days or more depending on demand and print capacity, or complexity of the artwork for paintings. Processing time may vary and is noted at the checkout at the time of purchase. Once an order is ready to ship, ship time varies by the shipping method and where the customer is located. <\/p>
For calculated shipping rates: <\/em><\/strong>Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. <\/p> For simple flat rate shipping:<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>We offer Ksh. 200 flat rate shipping for orders within the Nairobi region.\u00a0<\/p> Free shipping<\/em><\/strong>: For qualifying orders over Ksh. 10,000, free shipping is available for Kenyan based customers.<\/p> Free local delivery is available for orders over Ksh. 10,000 within Kenya. For orders under Ksh. 10,000\u00a0 we charge Ksh. 200 for orders within Nairobi, and calculated rates for other regions.<\/p> Deliveries are made from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. <\/p> You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Hazina Towers in CBD Nairobi. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. <\/p> Our in-store pickup hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on Monday to Saturday.
